Yeah the all or nothing grading is brutal, missed one thing on my OA too and just got an auto reject email a few days later.
The stats section threw me more than expected ngl, thought it'd be pure formula plug in but a couple questions wanted actual reasoning.
Went through something similar last month, coding round two always seems to be the one that gets people. Felt like the time limit was tighter than the difficulty really warranted.
Same, second problem always feels like the real filter honestly. Wish they gave partial credit for at least having the right approach.
How'd you handle the shifting logic for the username thing, did you loop through decreasing family lengths or work it out directly. That part always trips me up.
I just looped it honestly, kept shrinking the family chunk by one each time and checked against a taken set. Wasn't pretty but I ran out of time to make it cleaner.
Is this a recent version of the OA? Curious if the questions rotate a lot between candidates or if this one's been floating around a while.
