Two Sigma OA felt like deja vu, still got cut
Finally sat for the Two Sigma OA I'd been dreading, both problems were the same IPO share allocation and drainage partition ones everyone talks about, so at least the prep paid off there. Phone screen a week later was an OOD hashtable question though, wasn't ready for that shift and fumbled the collision handling part pretty badly.
Recruiter called two days after, said they're moving forward with other candidates. Kinda stings since the OA went so smooth. Anyone know if the phone screen round changes much based on team?

the OOD hashtable one seems to come up a lot for phone screens, wish I'd known before mine
did they say which team it was for? seems to vary a lot
two days is actually pretty fast for them from what I've heard
at least the OA pool being known in advance means you can actually prep for it
yeah honestly grateful for that part, wish the phone screen had a similar heads up
collision handling trips up a lot of people on that one, I blanked on rehashing too
yeah the follow up questions on that one go pretty deep
