Finished my MAI loop for the Copilot team last month, four rounds including two coding, one design, and an HM round that got rescheduled twice before the interviewer just never showed.
Both coding rounds were manageable, one on stream parsing with a stop token twist, the other a design conversation about a re-engagement notification system. Recruiter went quiet for almost three weeks after and eventually the portal just flipped to not selected, no call, no explanation.
Honestly the whole process felt more chaotic than hard. Still not sure if the HM no show mattered or if I was just never really in the running.

The re-engagement notification design question sounds interesting, did they push hard on the AI angle or was it more classic system design?
Recruiter silence for three weeks is rough. Did you ever get any kind of feedback after the portal update?
Nope, nothing at all. Just logged in one day and it said not selected.

HM ghosting seems super common at MAI lately, happened to a friend of mine on a different team too.
Same thing happened to me during a Bing loop, HM round just vanished off the calendar with no reschedule.
