how was the cross function round actually structured? never heard of openai doing that before
yeah it was pretty new to me too, felt like behavioral but the interviewer kept steering toward how i'd explain technical tradeoffs to a non technical partner
i had something similar for the non engineer round, mine was a researcher not a pm though
Probably need to focus on checkpointing while executing GPU workload?
the sora round wrecked me too ngl, kept getting pushed on worker failure stuff and i felt like i was rambling by the end
same, i think i undersold the checkpointing part and just kinda hand waved the retry logic
how bad was gpu credits compared to what you expected going in
curious how deep they went on the idempotency stuff for payment system, did they want actual schema level detail
