Avoid the Squarepoint OA unless you have hours to spare

Squarepoint's OA is not it, ngl. 75 minutes for 4 stats questions plus 2 coding problems and you need every single one right just to get a phone screen invite. First coding one was Counting Words in a Text, basically word frequency counting with hashing and some sorting on top, doable in the time given. Second one was some anagram counting monster I couldn't fully crack. Submitted what I had with a few minutes left and got the auto reject two days later. No partial credit apparently, no feedback...
