Just got rejected by Whatnot after two rounds and it stings a little more than I expected. I've got 6 YOE, been at a mid size fintech for the last 3 years, decided to finally start interviewing again after sitting out the market for a while. Whatnot's recruiter screen was basically nothing, five minutes on why I wanted to leave and then straight into scheduling the real thing.
