Expedia rejection, HR ghosted for weeks Expedia loop: phone screen was a sliding window easy, no big deal. VO had coding (house robber variant), SD on a payment system that felt pretty vague, and BQ opened with the usual Expedia values question. The accountability question wording got me ngl, couldn't tell if they meant delays I cause or ones I'm blocked by. Silence for three weeks, followed up myself, got the reject last week. So who knows.

Yeah I've heard expedia HR takes forever to get back to people, sorry man. At least you got closure eventually.

Same thing happened to me, radio silence for weeks after onsite. Had to email them just to get a response. Rough process.

lol yeah I've heard that accountability question is worded weird for other people too, what did they end up asking exactly?

They basically asked how I prevent project delays but the way it was phrased I couldn't tell if they meant delays I cause or ones I get blocked by. Kinda rambled through an answer.

How deep did they go on the payment SD? Curious if they wanted actual scalability numbers or just high level.

Stayed pretty high level honestly, we didn't even get to scalability before time ran out.
