OpenAI offer, still waiting on team match

Phone screen was GPU Credits, the resource allocation one, cleared it in about 30 min. VO: two coding rounds (GPU Credits again, plus a graph problem), Sora video scheduling SD, a deep dive on my past infra work, BQ was pretty standard LP stuff. SD went deep on worker preemption and retry logic, felt like the interviewer really wanted the failure handling nailed. Offer showed up about a week later. Team match still hasn't happened though, ngl kind of in limbo right now.

How deep did they go on the worker preemption stuff? that part always seems to trip people up when I hear about it.

Same for me, felt like the checkpoint retry angle was the real test not the SD itself.
