Expedia VO - Rejected after 3 weeks of silence Had my VO at Expedia last month for a mid-level SDE role. Phone screen was a sliding window problem, honestly suspiciously easy 🤨. Onsite was 3 rounds: house robber DP variant, natural disaster notification system design, and a BQ with the "tell me a time you didn't trust a colleague" question. I have my Expedia VO coming up next week. The 3 week silence after is making me anxious already. Did you follow up with HR at all or just waited?

I followed up once after 2 weeks, got a generic "we'll be in touch" reply and then nothing until the rejection. Not worth chasing tbh.

The natural disaster SD question sounds pretty niche. Did they give you the third-party disaster API upfront or you had to bring it up yourself?

Same thing happened to me. 4 rounds done, radio silence for almost a month, then a form rejection with no feedback. At least you got an email I guess.

The no feedback part gets me every time. How are you supposed to improve if they won't tell you anything?
