Got an offer from DBX last week and I've been going back and forth on it. 6 YOE, currently at a large FAANG adjacent company. Wanted to put my thinking somewhere and see if anyone has been in a similar spot. The base is solid and TC is competitive, but the equity piece is where it gets complicated. DBX is still private with a last valuation around $43B.
