Posting this as a warning. Got through the OA (bank system, CodeSignal) and the phone screen without much trouble. Onsite had two coding rounds and one of them was Find Cluster Mode and Median. Got through both coding rounds without major issues, the notebook env with no autocomplete is annoying but manageable once you prep in Colab. Then culture round happened. I genuinely have no idea what they wanted. Asked me why I care about AI safety, I gave a specific answer tied to actual policy tradeoff...
