Same thing happened to me. Solved everything, still got 'feedback not strong enough'. No idea what they're actually looking for.
Three rounds for a non-senior role feels like a lot. Was this for SDE or senior?
SDE. Third round only happened because they said first two had mixed feedback, so basically a tiebreaker that I also apparently lost.
The event tracking problem is one I've seen mentioned for Snowflake rounds. Did they give any follow-ups on it?
Yeah, asked about concurrent writes and out-of-order timestamps. Handled both. Still rejected lol.
Snowflake's bar seems really opaque. I passed the coding parts but they said my communication wasn't strong enough. What does that even mean.
Did the second BFS feel like basically the same problem as the first one repackaged?
Pretty much. Walls and gates variant. I guess they wanted to see if I'd solve it faster the second time.
