coinbase AI agent trading rollout feels sketchy tbh
They laid off 700 engineers a few months back and now apparently they're shipping AI agent accounts that trade and spend autonomously. Saw something about it last week. I get the pivot but handing a language model full access to your financial accounts seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Hard pass on applying there rn.

idk feels overhyped. their jobs page still has a ton of eng roles open. don't think this replaces headcount
