Ordered rule processing. You process IP against each rule in order, first match wins.

The HM interrupt behavior has come up a few times in Databricks posts. Seems like it's specific to certain interviewers not a pattern.

Their HM pool is inconsistent. I had a completely different experience. Interviewer was professional throughout.
