squarepoint HR silence after final round is driving me insane
Did my final round 3 weeks ago. HR said results within a week. Emailed once. Nothing.
Apparently this is just what they do. You go through a 4-month process. OA, four phone screens, every Python concept imaginable. And then you just silently boil over waiting for a response that may never come.
Anyone actually get an answer after the silence? Or is the silence just the rejection?

Their HR page literally says 'result within a week' and then it takes 5 weeks. It's a known thing.
I got an offer after 5 weeks of silence. They're just slow. Email again.
5 weeks and then offer? That gives me some hope. Sending another email today.
Based on what I've read, silence this long usually means rejection but they don't officially communicate it.
