Did they give any comp or is it fixed as people say?
Tried to negotiate and got nowhere. Recruiter said the bands are fixed. It's competitive but not negotiable.

Had a brief call with the EM yesterday. Team seems fast-moving, fintech focus. 3-day RTO but hybrid is flexible apparently.
The deep dive being 50+ minutes is accurate for Robinhood. A lot of people are not ready for how long it goes.
Job scheduler state machine is their SD signature. Good that you know reliability patterns cold.
