How long was the AI coding round? Was Opus actually helpful or just confusing to work with?

About 45 mins. Opus was useful once I gave it specific enough instructions. Like described what data structure I needed and why. It generated the skeleton, I fixed edge cases.

Card set validation is a combinatorics problem that trips people up on time. The brute force is short but the edge cases are what cost you.

The stack ranking is real. I passed all rounds technically and still got rejected. 'You were competitive but we moved forward with other candidates.'
