Airbnb phone screen - felt easy, maybe too easy Result: Pending Number of Rounds: 1 Phone screen was the bank account problem. Implement deposit, withdraw, balance functions with edge cases. There's a binary search component hidden in the problem. Felt suspiciously easy 🤨. I'm used to phone screens being harder. Either I prepped well or there's a much harder onsite coming. Process takes 1-2 weeks apparently. 3 YOE

The bank account problem IS easier than what the onsite will look like. The booking/split stay problem at onsite is a different level.

That's kind of what I figured. Already started prepping the booking and chat SD since those seem to come up a lot.

Easy phone screen is by design. They gate the hard stuff for onsite so you show up.

Good luck. Airbnb onsite is more about communication style than raw algorithmic ability.
