Phone screen was one coding problem. Dependency graph with load factor calculation. They asked me to implement topological sort on the spot. Got through it, talked through a couple of optimization approaches. Interviewer was flexible - said he cared more about seeing multiple solutions than perfect code.
Onsite (four rounds):
Coding: referral program leaderboard. DFS and heap. Nothing surprising.
System design: job scheduler with state machine. Kept the focus on reliability and fault tolerance since I'd heard that's what they want. Stayed ahead of the follow-ups by covering failure cases early.
Project deep dive: hardest round. 50 minutes of constant probing on a past project - not high-level, deep on implementation decisions and tradeoffs. Felt like behavioral signals were being collected through the technical questions, not separately. Common failure point for a reason.
No separate behavioral round.
Team match came quickly after. Three teams available. 3 days RTO, comp non-negotiable.

the project deep dive being the hardest round is accurate. most people underestimate it because it sounds easy on paper

which team did you end up picking? trying to decide between Crypto and Vibe Trading
went with Streaming Platform. felt like cleaner engineering work long-term
