the question bank thing is accurate but the onsite is genuinely hard from what I've heard. not just memorization

pre-ipo equity valuation is always the hard part. valuations can swing a lot before lockup

databricks is worth it imo. just don't count on the equity doing anything heroic

took the databricks offer last year. day to day is good, infra work is real. but the question bank thing is just... true
