3 years at L4 and I still don't see a path to L5 Two reorgs in the last year alone wiped out most of what I'd been building scope around, and now I'm on a new team again trying to figure out what actually matters to this manager. Feedback's always been solid, never a bad review, but I guess solid isn't the same as promotable.
