Same boat, finished final round for them almost two weeks ago and still nothing. HR just doesn't seem to reply to follow ups.

Does the OA actually rotate per candidate or did you get the same two coding problems everyone mentions?

Rotates, at least the second one. Mine wasn't the same as what I've seen described elsewhere.

What did the stream buffering round actually want, fixed size chunks regardless of the inner list boundaries?

Yeah pretty much, ignore the original sublist boundaries and just yield fixed size groups off the flattened stream.
