Airbnb Industry Coding Assessment Cooldown

Got the CodeSignal OA within an hour of applying, 7 days to do it but need more time to study. Anyone know if not completing it in time gets you the same ~1-year cooldown as getting rejected? Trying to decide I should hold off and reapply later when I'm more prepared and take the OA then.
