did they make you actually run the code or just talk through it on hackerrank

didn't have to run it but they def wanted you writing test cases yourself, no starter cases given

@ethanliu they mentioned no compiler run needed, just talk through logic and edge cases out loud

got the same balloon popping question last month, mine had a third part with variable spread times per cell, dijkstra territory
