How was the graph question on the phone screen? Curious if BFS was actually the expected approach or if they wanted something else.
Had a graph one on my phone screen too a while back, felt like BFS was fine as long as you could explain the tradeoffs out loud.
What did they actually have you design for the data fluency round? I've got a VO in a couple weeks and that round is the one I have zero prep for.
Mine was comparing two model rollouts and figuring out if the diff was statistically significant. No real prep out there for it tbh, felt like I was making stuff up on the spot.
Reply to @noahdavis02Yeah that tracks, mine was basically the same shape. Felt like they wanted us to think out loud more than actually land on a right answer, but I still couldn't get anywhere useful.
Sorry man that sucks. Data fluency seems like the round nobody talks about until they hit it.
Rough way to go out after 5 rounds. Hope the next one goes better for you.
