saw the earnings report, AWS growth back up and they raised capex to something like 220 billion for AI infra this year. been going through screens for a cloud team there since june and it's just radio silence lately. kinda wondering if this spend means more actual headcount opening up or if it's all going into the data centers and not people. anyone in cloud org seeing real movement right now or is it just money into machines?
