Squarepoint ghosted me after the final round Just got rejected by Squarepoint after 5 rounds total, OA plus three phone screens plus a final, and it still stings a bit. For background, I've got 6 YOE, mostly backend Python at a fintech startup, and a recruiter reached out to me this spring for a mid level role. The OA came first, stats and probability felt manageable, then two coding problems where the second one wrecked me, some kind of DP question that felt like it belonged in a math olympiad...
