Robinhood's comp is tied to trading volume, is that a red flag for RSUs?

Base being non negotiable was true for my offer too. Recruiter basically said take it or leave it.
Yeah heard the same thing. Kind of wish the RSU refresh formula was explained more clearly upfront.
Every fintech stock is basically a leveraged bet on market mood at this point lol.
Fair, but Robinhood leans on trading volume more than most fintechs, that's the actual difference here.
Robinhood's crypto revenue was like 50%+ of transaction based revenue last time I checked. Wild how much that swings quarter to quarter.
Yeah but that also means big upside if volume spikes. It's not purely a risk, could go either way.
What was your questions on sysdesign/coding ? I have a loop coming in 4 days. Also, does deep dive project need to be on cloud platforms. My biggest career project unfortunately was using private colocation as IaaS with lots of background jobs along with Angular UI/.net backend/sql server. I can talk hours about it but I am scared it might come up as a legacy project.
Most public company RSUs carry some volatility tbh, at least Robinhood is transparent about where the swings come from.
