Google - Company Culture - L4 SWE Time at Company: 1 year WLB is actually what it says on the tin. I do 8-9 hours most days. Nobody on my team sends weekend emails. Pay is competitive. L4 here beats most senior IC roles elsewhere after the RSUs. Team lottery is real though. My org is stable. I know people in other orgs who've lived through 2 reorgs in a year.
