Amazon - Company Culture - SDE2 Time at Company: 2 years Two years in. Here's what I've learned. The reorgs are not an exaggeration. I've been through two of them. Each time, scope you spent months building evaporates. Your project gets absorbed by another team and there's nothing you can do. You just silently boil over and keep shipping. WLB is team-dependent.
