Asking for feedback after Affirm rejection is essentially pointless in my experience. They never provide anything useful.

Yeah I tried. Got a form response about moving forward with other candidates.

The HM thing is a known issue for certain teams there. Some are fine. Others will kill your loop even if everything else was clean.

The trust score problem with starter code is rough when the spec is that dense. I'd failed a similar one just from running out of time on the read.

The SD round silent interviewer format is rough. Did they at least acknowledge you at the end or just clock out?
