Team and the work honestly. Meta has been rough internally lately. Money matters but it's not the only thing.

That's a real pay cut. L5 at Google does vary a lot by team and location though — $480k RSU is on the lower end for L5.

Meta E5 to Google L5 is roughly equivalent leveling. $450k to $367k is a big cut. I'd counter hard or walk.

Counter with $650k RSU and see what they say. Google has room on equity especially if you have a competing offer.
