Waymo rejection Result: Rejected Number of Rounds: 5 Phone screen was BFS on a chess board, shortest path then blockage follow-up. Felt manageable. VO coding was a machine pen path problem, graph traversal again. Not too hard. System design was "how do you evaluate a self-driving model," very open-ended. yeah essentially, traversal with some constraints. pretty standard once you see the structure

I'd brush up on A/B testing and metrics design. AV context might help frame your answer but I'm not sure it's the key thing
