the ID verification for OA is annoying. they actually check it before you can start?

yeah you upload a photo of your ID. it times out if you skip it and then you lose time

O(n²) explicitly allowed is such a capital one thing. is that stated in the problem or just implied?

stated explicitly in the problem description. something like 'optimal solution not required'

capital one is solid for entry level or if you're okay with a lower technical bar. pay is decent for the DC/NoVA area
