Databricks - Interview Experience - Software Engineer Result: Rejected Number of Rounds: 4 Phone screen was CIDR block IP matching. Binary string conversion, prefix matching, ordered rule processing. Passed. Onsite had 4 rounds. Coding was RLE first, then encode/decode with streaming input. Both felt manageable. SD time allocation is always the killer at databricks. did you get a hint or did they just let you run out?

CIDR IP matching is brutal if you're rusty on networking. did you practice bit manipulation beforehand?

BQ being breadth over depth is useful to know going in. meta does the opposite
