Phone screen was the CIDR block IP matching problem. Networking stuff with binary conversion and prefix matching. Got through it fine, interviewer was chill. VO had 5 rounds. First coding was RLE, pretty standard. Second coding was the hit counter with sliding window. Both went ok I think, finished with time to spare and tested the code. System design was Design Slack.
