If you can get in, go with openai. Openai will open more opportunities. The opportunities can be finding a company with better WLB and get paid at a higher band
This guy is getting staff offers from Airbnb, call backs from open AI, and you're seriously saying go to open Ai just to boost your resume to find another company with better wlb?

Only go to OpenAI if you are really excited to work there, not for the money. You are likely to be working nights and weekends consistently, so if you do not relish in the thrill of the hunt, you will be unhappy, stressed, and it may even affect your health.
