Not officially confirmed but everyone knows it's coming. We got the classic "this is just speculative reporting" email from leadership which is basically code for "yeah it's happening but we can't say it yet" lol. The math doesn't lie. They're burning $600B on data centers and AI acquisitions, gotta get that money somewhere. Meanwhile Zuck is out here saying AI makes teams so efficient now. Yeah, real reassuring Mark.

The irony is they're hiring AI engineers at $800k-$1M TC while laying off the people who actually built Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp. How is that "efficient"?
EXACTLY. They're replacing us with more expensive people and calling it efficiency. It's only efficient for the product, not the fucking budget.
